-Must be 25 to rent and 21 to operate.
-State law requires boat operators born on or after January 1, 1988 to have a Florida/NASBLA-approved Boater’s Safety card in their possession. Proof of this certification will be required at check in. Need to obtain a Boater’s Safety Card? Please visit www.boatus.org/florida and complete the 4-8 hour course before your trip.
-Renters must have their government issued ID with them at check in.
-Your rental time begins at the time you reserve. Please arrive before this time, as check in/orientation can take 20-30 minutes.
-A $200 hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of check-in. This hold is released 24 hours from the time it is placed if there is no damage to the vessel upon its return. The renter is financially responsible for any and all damages to the equipment during the rental period. If damage does occur, the $200 hold will go toward the amount owed for damages.
-The boat must operate within the defined boundaries.
-Rental includes 1 tank of fuel. If this is exceeded, additional fuel must be purchased.
-A $100/hr late fee will be assessed on boats that are not returned by the time listed on their agreement.
